There is simple way to make on page navigation. You need to add id or link anchor on page. Then, in your link, use #anchor and this will navigate to block with id “anchor”
In Greenshift plugin, in many blocks (Containers, Headings, Rows), there is anchor option where you can add anchors.
Now, in button block, there is also smooth scroll option
