Our effort to make our customers satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Having that in mind, we offer refunds without any condition.
If you are unhappy with any of our products, simply unsubscribe from purchase in your admin panel or drop us a message via the contact form in your admin panel (Greenshift – Contact Us). We will appreciate it if you provide a reason why you make a refund request and what was not as expected. You should use the same site address you have used to purchase. Adding the order number is also helpful. The support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund within 2 working days.
All refund requests have to be made within 14 days of purchase.
If you are not sure about a purchase, we recommend trying our free version of Greenshift plugin first. It’s completely free and it’s a good start to investigating the plugin’s features, UI, and principles of work.
