Smooth Scroller block allows to add special smooth scroll effect to page. Also, there are many predefined effects which you can easily add with adding simple classes to your blocks

Use speed classes to add parallax speed. Add values from 1 to 300 for speed value. More bigger value – more faster it will move.

Use lag classes to add also some parallax lag effect. Add values from 1 to 100 for speed value. More bigger value – more effect it will have.

Add image to Container and set overflow as Hidden to container. Set height to container, add gsmooth-speed gsmooth-speed-auto to image to get background parallax effect
Add special class to text to add special text chars effects with some lag effect
