The smart scroll option is available in Row and in Container. This option allows you to turn a regular stacked content area into a carousel or scrollable area (like on mobile apps). In other words, this feature allows you to turn everything into App-like carousels.
Also, it has the option to set breakpoints. So, for example, you can show a regular stacked content area on the desktop and a scrollable area on mobiles.
Inside Row, this option is working a bit opposite, you can turn regular columns on desktop to be scrollable (carousel) on mobile.
